SACRAMENTO, CA - Sacramento Kings forward Tyler Honeycutt had x-rays taken at the UC Davis Sports Medicine Clinic on Thursday, which revealed a stress fracture in the head of the second metatarsal on his right foot.
Honeycutt is coming off his rookie season where he appeared in 15 games for Sacramento, averaging 1.3 points per game.
The 21-year-old out of UCLA will wear a walking boot and be out of basketball action for four-six weeks.
Honeycutt will likely miss the Kings Summer League, which runs July 13-22 in Las Vegas.
