Kentucky's Terrence Jones works out for the Sacramento Kings.
SACRAMENTO - If the Kings decide to use their 5th overall pick to select Terrence Jones in the upcoming NBA Draft, it would mean three Kentucky Wildcats will get selected in the top five.
Most experts and NBA mock drafts project Kentucky's Anthony Davis and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist as the top two picks, however, where Jones will land remains a big question for the versatile big man who many wonder if he is a small or power forward.
"I think I can play both," Jones told a group of reporters after working out for the Sacramento Kings. "That is a skill I am proud of that I can play both the three and the four."
The 6 foot 9 inch forward was the biggest name during a pre-draft workout for the Kings Friday afternoon. Last season he averaged more than 12 points and 7 rebounds for the National Champion Kentucky Wildcats.
Maalik Wayns (Villanova, PG), Andre Young (Clemson, G), Kevin Jones (West Virgina, PF), Garret Stutz (Wichita State, C), and Mitchell Watt (Buffalo, PF) also worked out for the Sacramento Kings on Friday.
