A question that comes up every year in regards to EA Sports' FIFA video games is whether or not this will be the year the popular and important international CONCACAF soccer tournament will be in the game. Up to this point, FIFA players have been unable to win its Gold Cup.
As it stands currently, it's probably a safe bet to say CONCACAF will yet again be omitted in this year's FIFA 14. On the other hand, the answer provided by game producer Sebastian Enrique seemed to leave the possibility of it open.
"For us, the licences are really important and we're going to continue pushing forward year after year," he stated. "But you guys will just have to wait until August to see what's new in the game."
CONCACAF, which stands for "Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football", consists of 40 members including Canada, USA, Mexico, Grenada, and El Salvador.
