STOCKTON, CA - San Joaquin County sheriff's investigators have named a "person of interest" in the case of a missing Stockton man.

The sheriff's department has learned that 83-year-old Robert Picetti, reported missing since Nov. 22 (Thanksgiving day) by a family member, was seen in the company of Otilio Garcia on Tuesday, Nov. 27 in Lockeford, said sheriff's Deputy Les Garcia. The men were at a Burger King restaurant on 18890 No. State Road 88 at about 1:40 p.m. They had a pickup truck.
Picetti was wearing a red flannel shirt, blue jeans, a tan and blue Dickies brand jacket and brown boots. Garcia wore a white t-shirt, black jeans and a hooded, brown sweatshirt.
The men's pick-up truck was an older model silver or gray Ford, with a truck bed camper shell, California disabled license plate number 4319P.
That Tuesday evening, about 6 p.m., Garcia was observed talking to a woman at Clements Country Market in Clements. Picetti wasn't seen with him.
Investigators would like to identify the woman to interview her, Les Garcia said.
Sheriff's investigators questioned Otilio Garcia about Picetti. According to Les Garcia, Otilio Garcia is a "person of interest" in the Picetti case.
