Free-to-play sports MMO 'Golfstar'.
The second season of Gamigo's sports MMO Golfstar has begun and is being heralded with a massive update and a newly-released trailer.
Season two features three brand-new courses that present high-level players with all new challenges. These include Hawaii, a demanding island course, Guilin, a rocky course with an Asian-countryside flair, and Sawgrass, a real life US golf course.
David, a new playable character, has also been added to the game. He is an athletic Latino who begins with six (rather than the usual four) skill points and a large inventory. Furthermore, he comes with a character change item, meaning that a player's current progress can be transferred to him without needing to start over.
Other enhancements made to Golfstar in season two include the raising of the level cap from 60 to 70, a new dash mode for the quicker golf pros, the incease in the number of inventory slots from 60 to 70, and the consolidation of all in-game shops with new items therein. Also, the user interface has been completely overhauled and offers self-allocatable shortcuts as well as a much more grown-up look. Finally, the new Quest Reward Booster provides 50% more EXP and GP upon the completion of quests.
Golfstar is a free-to-play game.
