ROSEVILLE, CA - A New England Patriot jersey signed by former graduate and Super Bowl winner Tedy Bruschi was stolen from the Roseville High School weight room, according to police.
Roseville police spokeswoman Dee Dee Gunther said the weight room was broken into sometime between 11 p.m. Friday, April 9and 5:30 a.m. Monday, April 12.
Roseville High School authorities say the jersey was a gift to head football coach, Larry Cunha, and was from his rookie year for the Patriots.
Bruschi played for the Patriots for 13 years and earned three Superbowl rings. He played football and graduated from Roseville High School in 1990.
Gunther said there was nothing else taken from the weight room.
The Roseville Police Department is asking anyone with information to call (916) 783-7867. Callers may be eligible for a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.
