SACRAMENTO, CA - Store security cameras recently captured images of two individuals using a credit card stolen from a Sacramento home, say police. Now investigators hope the public will help identify the man and woman.
A Sacramento home was burglarized Aug. 2 and among the items taken was a credit card, said Officer Konrad von Schoech, Sacramento Police Department spokesman.
The stolen credit card has since been used at a local store, von Schoech said. One of those seen on camera using the card was as a black man in his late 20s with a light complexion and heavy build. He had short, dark hair and a beard. The other person was a woman, black, in her 20s, of average height and with a heavy build. She wore her dark hair in a ponytail.
Police investigators ask anyone with information about the identities of the two to contact Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP or text in a tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
