A statewide Amber Alert has been cancelled for a 14-year-old girl who was abducted from Kennewick, Washington, Dec. 4.

Elizabeth Romero was found in Mexico, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Kennewick police allege Romero was abducted by 19-year-old Eduardo Flores-Rosalas. He has not been found.

Flores-Rosalas was described as Hispanic, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. It was unclear what he was wearing.

Police believe Flores-Rosalas was taking Romero to Mexico. He is believed to be driving a 2001 to 2003 model year dark, hunter green Ford Escape with custom wheels and a roof rack. It has Washington temporary registration.

If anyone sees Flores-Rosalas or his SUV, please call 911.
