  • Grab the bar with a reverse grip. Hands should be shoulder-width apart.

The back is one of your biggest muscle groups to work. A strong back is also important for core strength and posture.

What are you waiting for? Bring that sexy back..

Chin Ups:

1) Grab the bar with a reverse grip.  Hands should be shoulder-width apart.

2) Pull chin over the bar.

3) Slowly lower and repeat.

Do 4 sets of 15 reps.
