TRACY, CA - Stockton and Tracy police are investigating the alleged molestation of a 10-year-old boy.
The boy's mother, only known as Mary, reported the incident last Thursday after her son came home in tears.
"I asked him what happened and he told me that a 15-year-old boy touched his wee-wee," Mary said.
Mary said six weeks earlier, she called the Tracy Police Department and reported the same 15-year-old exposed himself and was touching himself in front of her son.
Tracy police Lt. David Sant couldn't comment on specifics about the case, but did confirm the department is investigating the reports.
Although they live in Tracy, her son attends a special education school in Lodi.
A Tracy Unified School District spokesperson Jessica Cardoza released this statement:
"Tracy Unified School District acted immediately when the report of the alleged incident was received. We are working with the families involved, the [San Joaquin] County Office of Education, its contracted company, local law enforcement and the non-public school to investigate and if necessary, take appropriate action. We take all allegations of inappropriate conduct seriously."
Until the investigation is complete, Mary said she will have to drive an hour each way to get her son to school.
