SACRAMENTO - One sports writer believes the Kings still have a good chance to stay in Sacramento.
Aaron Bruski a writer with ProBasketballTalk.com said he believes Mayor Kevin Johnson has multiple people with deep pockets lined up to present an offer to the NBA.
"I am told on good authority they have three groups at least right now, they are comprised of heavy hitters, that according to sources could make Sacramento the top Franchise in the NBA," said Bruski.
Bruski said his sources will not reveal the names of the potential ownership group. Mayor Kevin Johnson is expected to hold a 2 p.m. news conference on Tuesday to discuss the future of the Kings.
