ROSEVILLE, CA - Denise McGrath Wilder was arrested Friday night by Roseville police, just hours after her daughter's autopsy results were made public.
McKinley Wilder, 2, was found dead at her grandparents' home April 4.
The Placer County Coroner's Office reports the child died of acute alcohol toxicity and acute malnutrition.
Police say Wilder, 37, was drunk when officers arrived at the home. At that time, she was arrested on suspicion of murder but later released, pending autopsy toxicology results.
The Placer County district attorney will file felony child abuse charges Monday.
