GREAT HANG UP - A new study conducted at the Safe Transportation Research and Education Center at UC Berkeley found hand-held cellphone driver deaths are down 47 percent in California.
The center says crash records taken two years before the hand-held ban and two years after illustrate the decline.
The Office of Traffic Safety in California this summer found 40 percent of California drivers claimed to talk less while driving. But viewers we hear from say the problem of distracted driving is worse, not better.
OTS suggests there is still alot of room for improvement.
