Police: Woman sexually assaulted at Davis apartments

DAVIS, CA - A Davis resident reported she was sexually assaulted by two men who forced her into her apartment early Thursday morning, according to a Davis police report.

The woman was leaving her home in an apartment complex on the 4500 block of Alhambra Drive at 5 a.m. when she was grabbed by two men as she walked out. She told officers she tried to fight off the pair when they forced her back into her residence but couldn't.

The two men fled after attacking her.

She told officers both assailants were white, with one having brown hair and the other black hair.

Police and Davis fire crews were alerted to the attack at 12:35 p.m. The victim was treated for non-serious physical injuries, according to the police report.
