STOCKTON, CA - Three people were shot Tuesday night as they were playing video games on a front porch, according to police.

Stockton police Lt. Chuck Flesher said the shooting happened just before 9 p.m. at residence on the 2000 block of East Harding Way.

Two men and a woman, all in their 20s, were on the front porch playing video games using a big screen projector, said Flesher.

An unidentified suspect across the street, suddenly fired multiple shots from a small calliber handgun, at the victims.

Flesher said two of the victims suffered non-life threatening wounds to the leg and wrist but one of the men was hit in the torso. He was transported to San Joaquin County hospital in critical condition, according to Flesher.

"Two of the victims were conscious and talking with police. They said they did not see the shooter," said Fisher. "At the moment it does not appear to be gang-related."
