Black Isle Studios' horror-genre computer game 'Slender: The Arrival', published by Midnight City.
Published by Midnight City, Blue Isle Studios' Slender: The Arrival is coming to PC via Steam on October 28 - just in time for Halloween.
Written by the creative team behind "Marble Hornets", this latest iteration in the Slender Man universe builds on the canon established by the original web-series and expands upon it with new twists and extended content.
Players take on the role of Laura, an unsuspecting realtor helping her friend Kate sell her scenic property, but things quickly take a turn for the worse when Laura arrives to find Kate missing. Players will follow the clues and document their experience via camcorder as the mystery unravels. Of course, this is all done while evading the ominous forces that shadows Laura's every move.
Armed with a camcorder, flashlight, and their wits, players are enveloped in a world of sensory deprivation and audio cues that create an ominous backdrop perfect for fostering a healthy dose of tension and paranoia.
Slender: The Arrival is rated "T for Teen" and will release on Steam for PC via digital download on October 28 for ten dollars. A console version of the game is currently in the works and is planned for release early next year.
