Nintendo will be opening the doors of the Nintendo Lounge at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival to the public on January 21. The lounge is set to offer festival attendees and residents of Park City, Utah, the chance to take a break from the cold weather and festival events to relax in a comfortable environment and play a collection of the latest and upcoming Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games.
The games Nintendo will be providing attendees are designed to give players a wide variety of different play styles to try out. Wii U video games featured in the lounge include recent releases like New Super Mario Bros. U, Nintendo Land, and SiNG PARTY, as well as Wii Fit U, the first installment in the Wii Fit series on Wii U. Ubosift's ZombiU and upcoming Rayman Legends games also be playable.
On the Nintendo 3DS XL, many other games will be playable. In addition to New Super Mario Bros. 2 and Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, visitors can play the not-yet-released Brain Age: Concentration Training and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. Furthermore, Konami's Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate will also be playable at the event.
Held in Park City, Utah, the 2012 Sundance Film Festival runs from January 17 through the 27th.
